Junior Bakers will stack three layers of cake and ice them, carving the shape of the hedgehog. We will make hands and feet from modeling chocolate, use a pastry bag to create spikes, and carve the face from icing. We will make flowers from modeling chocolate for a flower crown and have butterflies on hand for added fun. This is an advanced class for children who have some experience or having taken a class with us before.
