About me
I’m a self-taught baker with 25+ years of experience, from grocery store bakeries to owning my own shop. I never went to culinary school because we moved often for my husband’s military career, so I learned on the road, reading baking books between duty stations and building skills in real kitchens.
Now I help home bakers create beautiful, scratch-made desserts with real ingredients, timeless techniques, and confidence. Buttercream flowers and baking systems are my specialty, and I’m here to teach you everything I’ve learned, the simple, honest way.
